Winter woollies
Have managed at last to knit up a small amount of the charity shop stash which is threatening to take over the house. Next thing I need to do is make up some of the fabric I've accumulated. I could do with this book for Christmas.

Coffee stops
A few weeks ago we went to Birmingham on the train. Did a bit of window shopping, had a few coffee stops and went to see this exhibition Taking Time: Craft and the Slow Revolution, at the Art gallery and Museum you can get more information here
