"A little bundle of joy"

On Wednesday night sometime around 10pm in Prague...........................
born 3 weeks early, caught my brother out of the country, but he's there now.
Now all I have to do is send a card and all those baby clothes I've been collecting.
Have a joyous weekend :)

Mothering Sunday

I have had these lovely flowers and gifts for Mother's Day.....and the sun looks like it is coming out now after the rain so we are thinking of going out for a walk. We might even find a nice coffee stop. PS I have been eyeing up the cute little bag for some time with the thought of using it at my friends wedding next month.

CUT + PASTE

I made this bunting last week for Valentine's day. There's nothing I like better than cutting paper.......
My sister and I used to spend hours playing with paper cutout dolls....... I wish I'd kept them.

Christmas trimmings

I started to fill my christmas crackers with these small items I'd bought and then I remembered that I had promised to show them to you. That's why there is a bicycle clip missing of the top of the card - it is already in one of the crackers....... I also added butterfly lights to the small pompom tree....... Look at the nice napkins I bought for a friend - not given them to her yet, but I will, yes really!.......

Typical bank holiday weather

It's been raining cats and dogs today and I had wanted to go in the garden!!!

I have been rearranging a space for my work area - moving furniture up and down stairs, it's not finished yet I want to put a shelf and the bulletin board up that I bought last week.I am also making a cushion out of an old pillow and some fabric from my vintage fabric collection. I spent far too much time choosing which fabric to use and wether to make a patchwork cushion or not.

Best time of the day
